Harnessing the power of Facebook to reach out to Gen Y - passive candidates
Came across an intersting application which has potential to harness Social media for Recruitment. I had cross posted an article which discussed this possibility about 2 yrs back. This application allows companies to increase the scope / use of their existing Employee referral system by allowing employees to post requirements as Status messages on their FB page !
